Warranty, Returns, Exchanges, and Repair Policy

Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.

•THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED

•NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON E-LIQUID.

•NO WARRANTY ON ATOMIZERS OR CARTOMIZERS

•EXCHANGE PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE ORIGNAL PART IS RETURNED TO US AND EVALUATED. SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR PARTS RETURNED TO CRAVINVAPES LLP.

•THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCTS IS 14 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.

•PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECIPT. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT.

For products that have failed outside of the warranty period, Please contact us at support@cravinvapes.com to help find a solution.

Products that are functional, not sold by CravinVapes LLC, determined to be out of warranty, or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange.

Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than CravinVapes LLC are noteligible for exchange.

Contact us at support@cravinvapes.com to initiate a request if you feel you have a defective product. Instructions will be provided after a request is initiated.

If a refund is issued, CravinVapes LLC reserves the the right to choose the refund method which may include however not limitied to; voucher, credit, check or cash.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

E-Liquid Policy

Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.

Fulfillment Errors

Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by CravinVapes LLC resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order.

Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if you feel there is an error please submit a request tosupport@cravinvapes.com . Instructions will be provided once a request is submitted.

Clearomizers and atomizers Refund/Return Policy

Clearomizers and atomizers have no warranty and all purchases are final on these products.

Return, Repair, Exchange Processing Procedure

We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to help you resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. In the event that we do not have a product in stock we will send a like product of equal or greater value, or provide a refund at our discretion.
